Who we are
Ash Graham ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal information collected through this site. Contact: Ashley.Graham@titanwi.com. A marketing agency builds and runs this site for us and handles your information only on our instructions.
What this covers
This site, the guide request survey and the guide we send you. The site is for adults living outside the UK, not for anyone under 18.
What we collect

We save answers as you go. If you stop part-way, we keep your email and the answers given so far.

Your answers decide how relevant our services are likely to be and how soon we get in touch. This has no legal or similarly significant effect on you, and everyone gets the same guide.
Cookies and advert measurement
- Meta's pixel and cookies load only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you reject, none are set. Change your choice any time in "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram advert and your answers show the guide is relevant to you, we send Meta Platforms Ireland Limited the advert click reference, your IP address and browser type, so we can see which adverts lead to enquiries. We do this on the basis of legitimate interests, including where you rejected cookies. It is not used to target you individually.
- Your name, email and phone go to Meta, hashed, only if you tick the optional box.
- To object to advert measurement, switch off "Advert measurement" in Cookie settings, or email Ashley.Graham@titanwi.com. We will then send nothing to Meta about your visit.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with: Meta, as described above; service providers acting on our instructions (website agency, hosting, database and the spreadsheet where enquiries are recorded); people who work with Ash on your enquiry; and authorities or professional advisers where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of these parties handle information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United Arab Emirates and the United States. Where there is no EU adequacy decision, we use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard the GDPR allows. Ask us for details.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become clients: 24 months from our last contact.
- Records of your choices and consents: as long as we hold the related information, plus 6 years.
- Your cookie choice: in your browser until you change or clear it.
- Meta's cookies: for the period Meta sets, or until you clear them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information. You can object to any use based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email Ashley.Graham@titanwi.com; we reply within one month.
Complaints and changes
You can complain to the data protection authority where you live: the AEPD (Spain), the CNIL (France) or the CNPD (Portugal). We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
